C'est Comme Ça (It Is What It Is)

"You know man, it is what it is. You have to deal with it. You gotta keep going."
- Charles Barkley (2016)

That's my second time using that quote from one of my favorite basketball players in my blog. It fits you know.

Hello peeps. How's your year so far? Today, I will gonna share something with y'all. A pre-Valentine's day offering if you consider that. As always, hope you will gonna like this one. Without further ado, let's start.

First of all (in Charles Barkley fashion too), let's decode the blog title. C'est Comme Ça (pronounced as Say/Com/Sa) is a French phrase that literally means "that's just the way it is". Also, based on a Quora thread I've read, C'est Comme Ça can be used to mean "it is what it is". It is also a title of a newly released song by my favorite band, Paramore. That's the reason why I became interested in this French phrase. Little did I know that I can relate to this phrase.

Let's go straight on this one. This blog is all about what I feel when I see the girl that I loved having a new man in their life. Let's face it, seeing them with other men is super hard. It's heartbreaking. But at the same time, you will gonna feel happy because they are happy. That's what we want right? We want the people that we loved to be happy, to see the smile on their faces, and to be proud of their achievements with their man. But at the same time, you can just utter to yourself  "That should have been me". You will remember the reasons why she left, everything sad that happened to both of you. It's hard but lemme tell you something.

We should learn to accept this thing. Yes, it's too hard. It's like a medicine that our parents force us to drink when we are sick. But at the same time, we should just drink it because we will be better after a few times drinking that medicine. That situation will gonna apply to this one too. At first, it will be sad and devastating, but in the long run, it is fulfilling to you. For me, one of the reasons why we love someone is to be happy and pass it on to that loved one. And for me, I feel fulfillment seeing her happy, even though it is on another man. I hope all of you will too.

To cap this off, I dedicate this not just to my most recent heartbreak, but to all the girls that I've loved. This thing is always happening to me. Every single girl that I've loved found another man. Like I mean, every single bleeping time. I don't know why. I'm their lucky charm. I could have a shamrock that they can only access. But hey, I'm happy if you can respond to this blog. This is all for you. That's all.

Au revoir.

Your sunshine,
Ramueeeeeeeeeeeel
