Another Day, Another Year, Another Smile

Good day guys. Miss me? I know some of you don't, but I'm here to share with you the special date in my life. If you are not aware, or if you haven't seen it on Facebook, today is my birthday. I will gonna share with you some stories and my thoughts about celebrating a birthday. Just like the other blogs, I hope you will gonna like my blog so, without further ado, let's open the champagne and let the party started.

First, I will gonna share with you how I was born. This story is based on the story of my mom. My mom's womb started to have pain on the night of April 7. The midwife is still not around yet, but she arrives at around 12 midnight on April 8. Then, my mom started to labor so I could be alive and it took a whopping 8 hours to be released from her womb. Based on my birth certificate, I was born at 8:00 am on April 8 (so I have the reasons why I should wear number 8 in sports leagues). This is super memorable because this is the start of my greatness (Woah. That's a reach) but, I will also share with you my most memorable birthday.

I guess some of you are familiar with the earthquakes that have struck in 2017 in Batangas and to the nearby provinces (like Cavite). The stronger earthquake happened on my birthday. It's Saturday afternoon. Me, my mom, and my dad were in the WalterMart Ayala Serin in Tagaytay to buy some groceries. My sister is not with us because she was in OJT at a nearby hotel. We are in the canned goods rack when we felt the earthquake. At first, I and my mom didn't felt that until my dad screamed and the cans were falling down. We quickly rushed to the nearby exit because that is the instruction by the guards and the attendants of that building and went to the parking lot. I was rocked, even if we are eating pizza at S&R because there are still aftershocks. But even if that happened, I still consider it as an unforgettable memory because I have witnessed in my naked eye how to face an earthquake in a mall.

Lastly, I want to share with you my thoughts about celebrating my birthday.

To be honest, it's hard to celebrate a birthday, especially in this pandemic where some people can't even eat, but we should always celebrate it. Be happy with it. Live your life. Celebrate it not just with yourself, celebrate it with your family, friends, even everybody. I have no wrong with people that are not happy on their birthdays but I wish all of you are happy when you are celebrating your birthday because you are still alive and celebrating your birthday. Take birthdays as a blessing from God. He adds another year for your life. He adds another year for you to fight and face some challenges that you can win. Pray and give thanks to God. To end, be happy and be thankful that you are celebrating your birthday because this is your day.

I know Cavite and some nearby provinces are in ECQ so I hope that I give you some entertainment and motivation. As always, I hope you will gonna love and appreciate my blogs. God bless you and your family. Peace. Love. Hope you have a nice day. Happy birthday to me.

The Happiest Guy Today,

Ramueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel
