The Nerve of Being Confident and Flamboyant
- Jordan Binnington, Goaltender for the St. Louis Blues (2019)
How's it going, folks? I am here for another blog. Today, I will share with you some of my thoughts about being confident and flamboyant. As long as I remember, I have wrote about this before, but this is a detailed and updated version. Also, I want to share my advice to ease tension and nervousness. I hope you will enjoy it so, without further ado, let's get this started.
Along with being intelligent, being confident is one of my most present traits of all. All of the people that I know will say to you that I am confident. But here's a catch, I am only confident in some people that I know, but not in other people. I always use my confidence every day (I mean EVERY DAY), especially in school. I raise my hand, I am super active, I also use it when I answer quizzes and tests, and I always want to join quiz bee, and when I join, I also use my confidence to answer the questions and trying to win. Also along with being confident, I admit that I am flamboyant too. If you ain't know, flamboyant is (of a person or their behavior) tending to attract attention because of their exuberance, confidence, and stylishness. I am cocky but I only do it in some instances and I don't like people who are too cocky. I am the type of guy that wants to prove something first before becoming cocky. But sometimes, I don't use my confidence, especially to some people like my crushes. I've noticed that when I talk to my crush, I always stumble and I have some mental block (I have more probability that I have a mental block in talking to crush than in periodical test), in simple Filipino language, I am torpe. And also when we talk to some people, we tend to choose our words so we will not look weird. I know some of you see it as a bad trait, but remember, it is helping me big time. If not because of this trait, I think I am worse than you ever think. I guess I wouldn't be a good guy and I think there is no rbcruzada.blogspot.com.
I also want to give you some of my advice to be confident in school or in some contest. First, pray. Prayers are one of the most powerful things ever. If you pray, you give your nervousness and tension to God and that is a great thing to do. Next, if you are scheduled to have a test or you join a quiz bee, review. I know some of you don't like to review, but don't rely on your stock knowledge. It will not help you in the long run. Lastly, always think that you can do it. One of the ways to do it is to talk to yourself. Motivate yourself. Always say that you can do it and you could face and win this fight.
Youppi (it is yippie in French). Another blog blog for my avid readers. I want to give shoutout to my former classmates (and readers) who have an award in Olivarez College Tagaytay City because they have high grades. Keep up the good work legends. As always, I hope you will enjoy and appreciate this blog. God bless you and your family. Peace. Love. When you have challenges to face, always remember that you can do it. See ya. Goodbye.
Your Confidant,
Ramueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel
